Join Coach Lorraine, some of our speakers and take part in a 1 hour, high energy, indoor cycling ride. To reserve a bike please make a minimum donation of €100 for our chosen charity, the LauraLynn Children’s Hospice in Dublin.  The €100 can be collected among your friends and family with a nominated cyclist.  If it is a group collection, please make a single €100 donation and nominate a cyclist.

Bikes are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.   Please indicate on your donation if you would like a bike. We have 30 bikes available and will keep our donation page updated when they are full.

Meet our Speakers

Dr Nichola Conlon:

Dr Nichola Conlon is a molecular biologist specialising in the study of cellular ageing. After a career in drug development, she founded Nuchido Laboratories to deliver disruptive innovation in the field of ageing, rejuvenation and healthy lifespan.

Dr Conlon has a passion for sharing the latest science and is an accomplished international speaker with a skill for translating advanced science to help educate and support the wider population, encouraging people to age well and achieve their optimal life experience.

Professor Ali Ghanem:

Professor Ali Ghanem is a world renowned plastic reconstructive aesthetic surgeon who was awarded the Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Developmental and Stem Cell Biology from the University College London.

His clinical, academic and research work has been recognised internationally and he is a multi-award winning doctor.  In addition, he holds visiting Professorships in the Universities of Barcelona, Spain and in Naples.   Professor Ghanem has held a number of academic positions in the United Kingdom, at Barts, Queen Mary University and The University Of Ulster.

Professor Ali Ghanem regularly speaks at international medical conferences and is one of the pioneering leaders in the field of Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine.

Dr Siobhan Kirk:

Dr Siobhan Kirk is a Consultant in Sexual & Reproductive Health in Belfast HSC Trust. She is a Fellow of both the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists and the Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare.

She is a British Menopause Society accredited menopause specialist and trainer, based in the menopause clinic in the Mater Hospital, Belfast, providing expert advice for women with premature ovarian insufficiency, menopause after cancer and those with bleeding problems on HRT or complex medical conditions. She has almost 25 years experience in menopause care and is passionate about all aspects of women’s health.

Siobhan is current Chair of the NI FSRH committee, SRH rep on RCOG NI committee, and provides undergraduate and postgraduate teaching on contraception, abortion and menopause.

In 2019 she established the first private dedicated menopause clinic in NI and does a weekly clinic at Kingsbridge Holywood.
